A progressive four-day intensive that moves from foundational massage through advanced neuromuscular therapy and into the practice of running a sustainable bodywork business.
Day 2
Day 2: Neuromuscular Therapy Basics
Neuromuscular anatomy and trigger points, assessment strategies for reading the body, and structured hands-on practice to build confidence with the foundational NMT approach.
Day 3
Day 3: Advanced Techniques and Applications
Integrating NMT with traditional massage, designing treatment protocols for common client presentations, and guided practice that refines your hands-on decision making.
Day 4
Day 4: Business Practices and Ethics
Building a sustainable bodywork practice, the ethics and boundaries that protect both client and practitioner, and the final assessments that earn your certificate of completion.
