Stephen Kirwin is a neuromuscular therapist and bodywork educator with over two decades of clinical practice and a roster of elite athletes, performers, and wellness destinations behind him. Meet the practitioner behind the seminars.

Stephen Kirwin is a neuromuscular therapist and bodywork educator with more than twenty-nine years of clinical practice. He studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, then went on to refine his hands-on approach in the treatment room for decades.
From 1995 to 1998 he worked at the CU Physical Therapy Center in Boulder, followed by seven years running his own private practice in Boulder from 1998 to 2005. Those years built the assessment-driven, results-focused method that still anchors every seminar he teaches today.
Stephen has worked with twelve-time Ironman competitors and elite athletes including Scott Tinley and Dave Scott, and was selected to work with Lance Armstrong's Tour de France team. His client list has also included actors Kevin Spacey and Oliver Stone, reflecting the precision and discretion his work demands.
Today he lives and teaches from Hong Kong, training practitioners across Asia in a calm, methodical approach that prioritizes results in the treatment room and sustainability for the practitioner delivering the work.
Stephen integrates several therapeutic modalities to read the body, release holding patterns, and build a clear plan for change.
Stephen has worked with leading wellness centers and destination spas across Asia, Europe, and beyond.
Each milestone shaped the seminars Stephen teaches today — a progression of training, practice, and refinement.
